AI Senior Manager

Job Role / Objective overview:

We are seeking an AI Senior Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our AI initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI engineering and enterprise value—owning the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to the deployment of production-grade systems. You will spearhead the integration of LLM-powered assistants, document intelligence, and intelligent automation, ensuring these technologies drive measurable ROI and operational efficiency. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on translating complex AI capabilities into practical, high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, evolve, and execute the company's enterprise AI roadmap.
• Lead and scale a high-performing AI team to drive the company's enterprise-wide AI transformation—from pilot to production and from adoption to full organizational integration.
• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, workflows, and third-party platforms through APIs and cloud services.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, validate use cases, and prioritize AI initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• 10 + years of experience building AI, machine learning, or backend software solutions.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Practical experience with modern Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based applications.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
• A practical, delivery-focused mindset with experience on database, network and DevOps.
• Experience with vision AI and edge computing.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or other managed AI platforms. preferred
• Experience with OCR, document processing, or intelligent document automation. preferred
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Freshservice, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, or ERP/CRM systems. preferred
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, or similar platforms. preferred

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong skills in strategic AI Leadership.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and AI observability. preferred
