We are seeking a forward-thinking specialist to spearhead AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across our organization. This is an innovation-focused position where you will partner with business leaders to implement technology that streamlines operations and elevates our healthcare services.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Identify, evaluate, implement, and optimise AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, enhance, and support business applications and digital platforms.
- Develop system integrations, workflow automations, and API connections to streamline business processes.
- Coordinate with software vendors on system implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Support digital transformation projects, including planning, testing (UAT), deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Train and support users to drive adoption of AI and digital tools across the organisation.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies that enhance healthcare operations and patient experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in the support, maintenance, or delivery of IT projects
- Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage
- Experience in data automation or vibe coding is an advantage.
