Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Sales Lead with 58 years of experience in technology sales to drive the adoption of our artificial intelligence solutions. This role combines strong technical understanding with consultative sales expertise to identify customer needs, present AI-driven solutions, and guide clients through the full sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for customers.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Drive revenue growth through the successful sale of AI products and solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Educate clients on the business value and practical applications of AI technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored AI solutions to clients.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new AI sales opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, business goals, and technical requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions and ROI for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to design customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date on AI trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
