JOB PURPOSE:
We're looking for a creative technologist who lives at the intersection of storytelling and AI production. This isn't a prompt engineer role — it's a full creative seat. You'll be generating AI-powered video content, social assets, VFX sequences, and CGI-driven production across a portfolio of regional and international brands. You work fast, think in frames, and know how to make AI output feel intentional — not accidental

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Concept, generate, and edit AI-driven video content for social media across platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, brand campaigns)
- Produce AI-assisted VFX, CGI elements, and motion sequences using current generative tools
- Collaborate with creative directors, motion designers, and editors to integrate AI output into broader campaign workflows
- Own the end-to-end production of short-form content — from ideation and scripting to final delivery
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI tools and bring new workflows to the team
- Maintain a strong visual standard across all output — quality control is non-negotiable
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience
- Experience in brand campaigns or agency environments
- Understanding of MENA market content behavior and platform nuances
- Creative Background (at least one of the following):
•Art Direction / Visual Design
•Motion Graphics / After Effects
•Video Editing / Post-Production
•Film Directing /Cinematography
Skills
- Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of sound design and audio-visual storytelling
- Strong eye for composition, color, pacing, and narrative
- AI Tools Fluency (hands-on experience, not just awareness):
- Freepik AI (image & asset generation)
- Higgs Field (AI video generation)
- ElevenLabs (AI voiceover & audio)
- Claude / ChatGPT
- Familiarity with other generative tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) is a strong plus
