Job Description

Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows that enhance marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

· Build and test AI agents (text or voice) that qualify leads, personalize messages, or support customer service via tools like OpenAI, Twilio, and Voiceflow.

· Use tools like Clay, Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpot Workflows to connect data across CRM, lead forms, WhatsApp, Calendly, Salesforce, and internal systems.

· Launch campaigns that auto-send personalized video greetings, construction updates, or appointment reminders.

· Set up outbound call workflows for lead qualification or re-engagement using platforms like Twilio or Air AI.

· Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and sales teams to identify automation opportunities that drive measurable results.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations for performance, fail-safes, and reliability.

· Maintain clear documentation of all workflows and logic for scalability and governance.

Example Projects:

· Build an AI voice agent to call leads, qualify their intent, and update the CRM.

· Create a Clay-based outbound campaign that sends LinkedIn-personalized videos to high-net-worth leads.

· Build an n8n flow to sync lead data between Salesforce, WhatsApp, and email tools.

· Set up a WhatsApp bot that sends dynamic property brochures or schedules callbacks.

· Automate the follow-up process for event attendees or expired leads.

· Trigger custom Slack/Teams alerts to sales based on engagement thresholds.

Qualifications:

· 3–6 years of hands-on experience in automation, martech, or AI integration roles.

· Proficient in one or more tools such as: Clay, Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Voiceflow, Twilio Studio, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, HubSpot, Salesforce.

· Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and B2C engagement flows — preferably in real estate or high-ticket industries.

· Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting logic (JavaScript or Python a plus but not required).

· Comfortable experimenting with new tools, rapid prototyping, and testing.

· Creative thinker with strong attention to UX and personalization tactics.

· Excellent documentation and project management skills.
