Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Conditioning Senior Sales Specialist located in Alexandria. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities within the air conditioning sector, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date. The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in contributing to the company's growth through excellent customer engagement and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Experience with Export processes and Freight management, ensuring seamless logistics and delivery.
- Capability to provide Training to clients or junior team members on product use and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and an understanding of air conditioning systems and solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in sales or HVAC systems.
