Position: Air Export Operations Executive
Key Tasks:
- Perform daily export operational activities (execution of shipments, follow up on documentations).
- Provide customer service support through liaising with customers, shippers, overseas agents and network partners.
- Follow up on airline space and make bookings as and were.
- Ensure all export processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of documents for customs clearance, permit applications, delivery order, packing list for export and third-party consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations are met.
- Timely and accurate billing/invoicing to customers accordingly and as per schedule including COD customers.
- Timely and accurate costing of vendor invoices.
- Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes as and when required.
- Handle all customers queries and complaints with a professional attitude.
- Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures due to non-conformance of procedures.
- Assist in the implementation for new customers.
- Ensure that both global and department KPIs are met.
Education background / Work experience:
- At least – Min 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, export operations
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Language skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Computer literacy:
Must be computer literate and familiar with basic software
