• Job Title- Air Freight Coordinator/ logistics coordinator

Mandatory details/Skills

• Manage air freight export and import operations, ensuring timely shipment execution.
• Coordinate with clients, airlines, overseas agents, and Ground Handling Agents (GHA) for smooth operations.
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and handle airline bookings through online systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for all shipments.
• Operate logistics systems such as Dubai Trade, Cargo Wise, or similar platforms for shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment status, maintain trackers, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of air freight processes, and international logistics standards.
• Ensure timely invoicing, cost booking, and reporting for all shipments.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
