Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all planning and documentation activities are conducted in compliance with Civil Aviation regulations.
  • Analyze maintenance packages in terms of manpower, material/tool requirements, and hangar capacity/duration, and conduct the necessary technical and operational evaluations to support quotation preparation.
  • Check work packages and determine all needs such as Material, tool, facility, ground time and etc.
  • Create any scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance work packages and coordinate with all responsible stake holders in line with the procedures laid down in company manuals.
  • Provide engineering support in terms of maintenance planning activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
  • Maintenance quotation preparation.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering as Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace and Mechanical, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance Planning.
  • Experience within an aviation MRO or aviation organisation.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning.
  • Strong understanding / knowledge of Aircraft induction process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • English minimum level: C1/C2.
