We are currently recruiting a Aircraft Refuelling Operatorfor our client based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Summary:
To safely and efficiently carry out Aircraft Refuelling operations in compliance with company's operational, quality, and HSSE standards, ensuring timely delivery of clean, on-spec fuel to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform aviation refuelling and related airfield operations in line with approved HSSE and operational standards.
- Deliver clean, dry, on-spec fuel to customers and complete all required quality control checks.
- Carry out fuelling activities in accordance with the Aviation Operations Manual (AOM) and SAQAM.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including delivery tickets and fuelling data entry in Skypad.
- Load fuellers and handle fuels, equipment, and office assets safely and responsibly.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks.
- Comply with company policies, Life Saving Rules, safety procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
- Report at least one potential incident or near-miss per month and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in fire drills (live and mock), ERP and MERP exercises.
- Attend and actively participate in a minimum of six safety meetings per year.
- Read, understand, and sign off all Toolbox communications within one week of issue.
- Stay updated on revisions to AOM and SAQAM and ensure implementation.
- Be available to work at any company-operated location in the UAE and Middle East, as required.
Job Requirements:
- Technical diploma or should have bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in UAE as an Aircraft Refuelling Operator
- Working knowledge of HSSE, including static electricity hazards
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license
- Strong knowledge of aviation operations, quality control, and mobile equipment.
- Proficiency in English and advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts
