Qualifications:- Two-year diploma or four-year degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology
- Minimum of 5 years working experience working with B777 /A380/ A350/A320 type of aircraft
Task Description:Airframe & Powerplant- Inspection and Maintenance: Conducting thorough inspections of airframes, systems, and components to identify defects or malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Component Overhaul: Overhauling and modifying aircraft components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inspections and repairs to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hand tools, gauges, and specialized equipment.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various physical positions and environments.
Avionics- Installation and Maintenance: Installing, inspecting, and maintaining various avionics systems such as navigation, communication, and radar systems.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in electronic and electrical systems within the aircraft.
- Component Replacement: Replacing faulty or outdated components, wiring, and connectors.
- Testing and Calibration: Testing and calibrating instruments and systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronic principles, aircraft systems, and avionics components.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electronic and mechanical problems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and make sound decisions.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to other team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, particularly in record keeping and compliance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
Structures / Composite- Fabricating, repairing and modifying aircraft parts and components using sheet metal.
- Inspect and measure parts for accuracy, check and test the finished product and use a range of hand tools, machines.
- Perform troubleshooting, identified problems, diagnosed causes, and determined corrective actions relating to aircraft systems and power plants under approved documents.
- Perform Removal and Installation of different components of B777 /A380/ A350/A320.
- Reads blueprints, illustrations, or specifications to determine layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
- Perform other related duties that the supervisory may assign.
