Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves delivering top-tier customer support to airline clients, addressing inquiries, assisting with booking or ticketing processes, and resolving service-related concerns. Key responsibilities also include communicating with customers effectively, ensuring satisfaction, and representing both the airline and the organization in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service practices, with a customer-focused and problem-solving approach.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in the Airlines and Aviation industry is preferred.
  • Ability to handle inquiries or issues in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset but not mandatory.
