This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Alexander McQueen team and grow your experience in HR. Reporting to the HR Director EMEA your will be supporting our Retail network in Italy and our teams based in our Milano office.
How you will contribute
Recruitment
.In collaboration with Managers identify recruitment needs
.Create job postings using Workday and actively manage the candidate pipeline.
.Support the selection process through interviewing, creating short list and discussing the final selection with hiring managers.
HR Advice
.Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR related matters, with particular reference to HR administrative matters such as working hours, work shifts, payslip queries, etc.
.Ensure legal compliance of current policies and contractual documents.
.Assist HR Director with drafting HR policies and procedures.
.Support managers and employees in the key HR processes (e.g. performance review process, salary review process, etc.).
HR Systems & Administration
.Maintain and enter correct employee data in the HR system.
.Draft and issue employment offers and contracts.
.Liaise with other internal Kering HR departments in order to maintain systems updated with correct data (e.g. payroll system, attendance and expenses portals).
.Where applicable, communicate instructions to the payroll team for the production of the monthly pay run.
Training
.Support the onboarding of new joiners and deliver the HR Induction
.Work alongside management to identify training needs, source budget and organize training accordingly.
Who You Are
.At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
.Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.
.University degree in a relevant filed is highly desirable
