Alfresco Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Alfresco Technical Expert to join our ECM team & lead the Alfresco Technical Practice to help us improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. The engineer will join a multidisciplinary team helping to shape our AI-Enabled content strategy and showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solutions. Objectives of this role

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Alfresco solutions.

Build, mentor, and manage a team of Alfresco developers to ensure best practices and high productivity.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Alfresco implementations.

Develop and customize Alfresco components, including Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Process Services (APS), Governance Services (AGS), and other platform features.

Architect cloud and on-premises Alfresco solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and align with client expectations.

Stay abreast of the latest Alfresco features, updates, and industry best practices to continually enhance solution delivery.

Provide technical guidance and support during all project lifecycle phases, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards across the team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Security, and Business Analysts.

Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.

Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy

Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions

Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner's business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit

Required skills and qualifications

Extensive experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Process Services (APS), Governance Services (AGS), and the Alfresco Development Platform.

Proven expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and secure Alfresco solutions on both on-premises and cloud environments.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with Alfresco customization, REST APIs, CMIS, Sling, and Spring framework.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar cloud services.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.

Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Alfresco certifications (if available).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
