Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, open to candidates of all academic ranks. The selected individual will contribute to teaching excellence, innovative research, and program development in alignment with Nile University's mission. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality lectures, engaging in collaborative research projects, mentoring students, and participating in university service. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, academic committees, conferences, and fostering partnerships with industry and academic institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and curriculum development skills, with the ability to engage students in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Proven research expertise in areas relevant to business, technology, or specialized disciplines, with a record of published work in reputable journals.
• Collaboration and mentorship skills to guide students and contribute to team-based research initiatives.
• Administrative and organizational skills for involvement in academic committees and program coordination.
• A doctoral degree (PhD) in a relevant field is required. Academic rank and experience will be considered.
• Experience with international research collaboration and familiarity with the needs of the MENA region is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with a diverse academic community.
