Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aluminium Work Boat Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai, UAE In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for our custom and standard aluminium work boat solutions. This is a target-oriented position with uncapped earning potential through competitive commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients in target markets (e.g., oil & gas, renewable energy, government agencies, commercial fishing, shipping, and port operations) through cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including fleet managers, procurement officers, and operations directors across the GCC and broader Middle East.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the technical advantages of our aluminium work boats (e.g., lightweight design, corrosion resistance, fuel efficiency, customization options).
  • Proposal Development: Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and financing options in collaboration with engineering and production teams to meet client specifications and budgets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and secure orders while ensuring compliance with company pricing and terms.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., UAE Maritime Law, ADNOC standards, IMO compliance) to inform sales strategies and product feedback.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
  • After-Sales Support: Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning, and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for revenue, units sold, and market penetration.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marine vessels, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery.
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of aluminium boat construction, hull design, propulsion systems, and marine regulations (e.g., IMO, ABS, DNV, UAE maritime standards).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%, including GCC countries, Asia, and Africa) for client meetings, boat shows (e.g., ADIPEC, Seatrade Middle East, Dubai International Boat Show), and sea trials.

Desirable

  • Experience in the aluminium work boat or commercial marine sector within the Middle East.
  • Existing network of contacts in offshore oil & gas (e.g., ADNOC, QatarEnergy), ports (e.g., DP World, RAK Ports), or government maritime authorities.
  • Familiarity with CAD drawings, boat specifications, and public tender processes.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English + Arabic mandatory; additional languages such as Hindi or French a plus).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive tax-free base salary: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience).
