As an Amazon Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of our Amazon operations, ensuring our product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for success. Working closely with the manager, you'll contribute to content creation, inventory management, customer engagement, advertising campaigns, and reporting. Your dedication to maintaining account health and enhancing the customer experience will be key to our continued growth on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the manager to create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Coordinate with the internal content team for imagery, enhanced content, and copy approval.
- Manage inventory requests, ensure appropriate stock levels, and collaborate with the manager for sign-off.
- Execute Amazon posts for all brands, utilizing assets to create engaging social-like content.
- Monitor and resolve any Amazon Seller Central account health issues, maintaining a healthy account status.
- Troubleshoot backend product listing issues, such as suppressions and missing images.
- Conduct regular audits of product detail pages (PDP) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize advertising campaigns using third-party apps, implementing updates based on recommendations.
- Pull and analyze sales data for internal reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Enhance Brand Store and create monthly Design of the Month posts to captivate customers.
- Execute promotional plan recommendations and provide performance analysis based on the calendar of events and budget.
- Collaborate with the agency to maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and complete content.
- Participate in bi-weekly calls with the external agency to align on strategies and updates.
- Implement growth opportunities as the manager approves and aligns with Amazon's best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel for efficient data management and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work within EST hours for seamless coordination and communication.
- Prior experience with inventory shipments, back-end Amazon operations, and Seller Central.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
