Title: Amazon PPC Specialist

Industry: Marketing Agency

Hours: Full-time (Israel hours)

Rate: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to join a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands that paid media is not just about metrics like ACOS, but about driving broader commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both execution and strategy—building, optimising, and scaling campaigns while aligning closely with wider account objectives such as profitability, inventory flow, and organic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple accounts and marketplaces
  • Build and scale campaigns across: Sponsored Products (SP) Sponsored Brands (SB) Sponsored Display (SD)
  • Develop and execute ranking strategies across product launch and scale phases
  • Align PPC strategy with overarching business goals (profitability, growth, cash flow, inventory management)
  • Continuously test and refine campaign structures, bids, placements, creatives, and search terms
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with account management teams on overall strategy
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting (beyond raw data)
Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (essential)
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling campaigns across SP, SB, and SD
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between PPC, organic ranking, and overall account performance
  • Ability to build strategies based on business objectives rather than isolated metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign structuring, keyword harvesting, and scaling frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make timely decisions
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
