About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ambassador-Coffee Man to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Offer all arriving guests to Jumeirah Saadiyat Island: Cold towels, dates, water/juice and Arabic coffee while providing information about UAE history and culture.
- Initiate conversation with guests in the lobby while they are waiting.
- Prepare cold and hot towels, juice, and Arabic coffee in the morning and ensure sufficient availability during the day.
- Clear used cups and towels and place them in the designated storage area.
- Prepare Arabic coffee from Al Majlis kitchen, following standards.
- Perform any related duties assigned by management.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- To be aware of UAE custom, history and culture.
- To be fluent in Arabic.
- 1 year guest service experience in a 5-star Hotel.
