1. Key Responsibilities
A. AMC Operations Management
- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day AMC operations for:
- Landscape maintenance(softscape & hardscape)
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Irrigation system maintenance
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow scope of work, technical standards, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance.
B. Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients.
- Attend client meetings, handle requests, complaints, and ensure quick resolution.
- Provide clients with weekly/monthly service reports and updates.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
C. Team Management
- Supervise and manage maintenance teams including gardeners, technicians, pool attendants, and irrigation helpers.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and resources effectively across all sites.
- Conduct training, performance evaluation, and ensure discipline among staff.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed by all team members.
D. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare maintenance schedules, duty rosters, and weekly activity plans.
- Ensure preventive maintenance for:
- Pool pumps, filters, dosing systems
- Irrigation valves, controllers, pumps, pipelines
- Landscaping tools, machinery, and softscape care
- Track and update site maintenance logs.
E. Material & Resource Management
- Forecast material requirements (fertilizers, pesticides, pool chemicals, irrigation spares).
- Coordinate with Procurement/Purchasing for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock consumption and control wastage.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are well-maintained.
F. Contract & Documentation Control
- Review AMC contracts, scope of work, and service-level agreements.
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Site inspection reports
- Incident reports
- Attendance & timesheets
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and client reviews.
G. Quality Assurance & Site Improvement
- Perform quality checks on landscaping, pool water parameters, and irrigation performance.
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure pool water is balanced, landscaping is healthy, and irrigation works properly.
H. Financial & Cost Management
- Monitor AMC budget and operating expenses.
- Optimize usage of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Assist management with renewal pricing and estimation for new AMCs.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Agriculture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 410 years of experience inAMC / Facilities Maintenancewith specialization in Landscape, Swimming Pool, or Irrigation.
- Strong knowledge of softscape maintenance, pool systems, and irrigation technology.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
