Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at Real Estate Solutions (RES) in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, managing customer retention, building and nurturing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

This job serves American clients and all required experiences must be in the same market.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in one of the following roles either separated or accusative. Client success management, Lead manager, Acquisition manager.
  • Clear understating of all departments roles and functionality in the real-estate cold calling & lead generation environment American market ( Must have )
  • Extreme analytical Skills and Customer Retention abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate or property management industry in the American market
  • Ability to work from office in Zaid city when needed Office presence ratio is between 20% and 50% based on business need
