Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility of working from home for part of the time. As an American Real-Estate Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing stellar customer service, and supporting real estate professionals in meeting their business goals. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client inquiries, assisting with real estate transactions, supporting sales processes, and ensuring clients have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property knowledge
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and interfacing with clients
  • Experience in Sales and a client-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools and other real estate technologies
  • Highly organized with a professional attitude
  • Experience in the U.S. real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
