Fruity Company is hiring an Ammonia Refrigeration Head – Concentrates Industry

#Work Location: Sadat City.

#Job Summary:

The Ammonia Refrigeration Head is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and safety of the ammonia refrigeration systems within the concentrates manufacturing facility. 

This role ensures optimal system performance, efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Handle troubleshooting and emergency response for refrigeration systems.

• Manage ammonia inventory and ensure safe handling procedures.

• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.

• Supervise and train refrigeration technicians and operators.

• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance, safety checks, and system logs.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operations.

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

#Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration and safety standards.

• Experience in FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing is preferred.

• Leadership and team management skills.
