The Analyst, Affluent Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group will be responsible for managing relationships with affluent clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze client financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for investment and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients, highlighting performance and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client portfolios effectively.
