Analyst, Assistant Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking, Singapore

This position sits within the Corporate Banking of Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join our team and support the Singapore Local Corporate businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors

• Support execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients

• Prepare client presentations, and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching

• Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes

• Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified

• Analyst: Minimum 2 years expereince in banking and finance industry

• Associate: Minimum 4 years experience in banking and finance industry

• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate finance

• Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation

• Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments

• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
