Analyst - Associate Director, Investment Banking

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented investment banking professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), debt capital markets (DCM), and equity capital markets (ECM). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on deal experience and develop your career in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of M&A, DCM, and ECM transactions
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and marketing/valuation decks
• Build complex financial models for valuation and analysis
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research
• Participate in transaction due diligence and data room management
• Liaise with clients and support senior bankers on client mandates
• Prepare client presentations and handle deal execution administrative tasks
• Supervise and manage interns as needed

Requirements:

• Min 1+ years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships) [Seniority level will be considered based on experience]
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• M&A transaction experience (sell-side preferred) is highly advantageous

Advantageous:

• Direct M&A experience from a Big 4 firm
• Investment banking or corporate finance background
