Analyst, Corporate Performance & Business Planning

POSITION DETAILS

JOB SUMMARY

Provides analytical and coordination support for corporate performance monitoring and business planning activities through data analysis, reporting, and tracking, contributing to accurate and timely enterprise performance visibility.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support collection, validation, and consolidation of performance data from functions and subsidiaries.
• Assist in preparation of performance dashboards, scorecards, and periodic reports.
• Support variance analysis by compiling data, identifying trends, and preparing summary insights.
• Assist in maintaining KPIs, targets, and performance tracking tools.
• Support preparation and consolidation of business planning inputs and planning templates.
• Coordinate data inputs and follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain performance databases, trackers, and documentation repositories.
• Support preparation of executive presentations, briefing materials, and reporting packs.
• Assist with performance and business plan related data submissions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of all assigned analyses and reports.
• Develop working knowledge of corporate performance management and business planning governance processes.
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent

• Fresh graduate
