About The Role
We're hiring
Customer Service Representatives to support our international (US) customers. You'll handle calls and inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced contact-centre environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer issues accurately, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide clear information about products and services.
- Log and document each interaction in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed.
Requirements
- Good to excellent English, spoken and written (CEFR B2 or above).
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in rotational shifts.
- High-school diploma or above — fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic computer skills.
