Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst, based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work some days from home. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. Daily activities include preparing reports, identifying trends, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with teams across departments to optimize business strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to stakeholders to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and interpreting large data sets.
• Knowledge of Business Analytics, Financial Modeling, and Forecasting techniques.
• Strong critical thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Prior experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role is highly desirable.
