Join Milaha as an Analyst – Payroll and play a key role in ensuring seamless payroll operations while supporting employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Perform payroll analysis, reconciliations, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Process retroactive payroll adjustments, salary changes, and Full & Final (EOS) settlements.
- Manage payroll bank files and coordinate international salary transfers, including crew payroll.
- Collaborate with the HCM team to implement, test, and enhance payroll processes and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues, resolve employee queries, and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
- Administer employee medical and health insurance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or a similar role.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Experience in the maritime, shipping, or offshore industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Oracle Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
