Job Description
- Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and markets
- Build detailed financial models including acquisitions, valuations, cash flow analysis, and scenario modelling
- Conduct market research, asset-level analysis, and feasibility assessments
- Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence processes
- Analyse investment performance, market trends, and portfolio metrics
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and asset management initiatives
- Support strategic projects including expansion opportunities and market entry initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal investment and reporting processes
The Successful Applicant
- 1-2 years experience within real estate investments, Big4, investment banking, private equity, advisory, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience evaluating real estate assets and investment opportunities
- Understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ARGUS certification are advantageous
- Exposure to UAE / GCC real estate markets is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
