The Valuation Advisory division is core to JLL's business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Market valuations, on all property types, are prepared for many of the region's leading property developers, investors and banks. All valuations are carried out in accordance with international best practice.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Argus Modeling Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and modeling support using Argus software for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, advanced excel skills, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in working with Argus Enterprise and Argus EstateMaster software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and comprehensive financial models using Argus Enterprise and EstateMaster software for existing and potential real estate investments.
  • Develop and maintain Excel based financial models tailored to JLL's specific analytical requirements and client needs.
  • Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment feasibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with the project & development, asset-management and acquisitions teams to validate property financials and assumptions.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate investment findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and update property-level financial models to reflect market changes, lease updates, and other pertinent information.
  • Assist in due diligence and underwriting processes, including property financial analysis and market research.
  • Maintain and enhance the integrity of the Argus database by ensuring accurate property data inputs and ensuring consistency across all models.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices related to financial modeling and Argus software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in using Argus Enterprise and Argus EstateMaster software for financial modeling.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial functions and macros.
  • Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and understanding of property-level financials.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
