Summary Introduction
We are seeking a digitalization consultant who can balance operational excellence with the execution of new digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to streamline ongoing business operations, ensure efficiency, and compliance and simultaneously design and deliver forward looking digital transformation projects. This role requires strategic foresight, hands on execution and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, test and manage new/existing IT&OT applications
- Manage and Govern IT and Digital Projects
- Implement solutions using a programming language experience such as Python, .Net etc
- Implement digital governance, frameworks, KPIs and compliance monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate digital solutions cost effectiveness and ROI
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, AI/ML adoption, IOT integration, AR/VR, cloud migration and advanced analytics.
- Lead feasibility studies, proof of concepts and pilots for new digital initiatives
- Build and execute roadmaps for emerging technologies, balancing quick wins with long term vision
- Collaborate with business units to design use cases that deliver measurable, operational, financial, and customer value.
- Promote a digital first culture through awareness campaigns, training and capability building.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, ensuring business and IT objectives and synchronized.
- Lead cross functional teams in implementing digital projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainable adoption.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent.
- Very good English language skills
- Competent in the use of PC applications.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in application or management systems or networks.
