As an AMLRO, you will lead the company's anti-money laundering efforts, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, reporting suspicious activities, and promoting a strong culture of financial crime prevention within the organization.

- Proven experience in AML/compliance roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and reporting mechanisms.
- Certified AML professional (e.g., CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Detect transactions potentially linked to crimes as defined under Article 1 of the AML-CFT Decision.
- Receive and assess data related to suspicious transactions, deciding whether to report to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) or document and justify the decision to retain the transaction, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Design, implement, and document ongoing training programs to educate employees on money laundering, terrorist financing, and illicit organization funding, including prevention strategies.
- Develop and enforce robust AML/CFT policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct and regularly update the company's AML/CFT risk assessments, applying appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Establish procedures for Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including verification of customer identities, beneficial owners, and politically exposed persons (PEPs).
- Ensure all AML/CFT-related records are properly maintained and stored in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
