As we continue expanding our global food delivery business, we are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable professional to support API and system integrations across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, raise, track, and resolve API-related issues through ticketing systems, ensuring timely follow-up until full resolution
- Investigate order flow issues across systems (POS Service Provider Platform status updates)
- Analyze logs, API responses, and JSON error messages to identify root causes
- Coordinate with external Service Providers (POS partners) and internal teams to resolve integration issues
- Provide clear and structured updates to stakeholders on issue status and resolution
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases to ensure stable integrations
- Validate fixes and confirm data accuracy after issue resolution
- Maintain strong ownership of incidents from start to finish
- Document recurring issues and contribute to process and monitoring improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Basic technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Ability to clearly explain order flow (POS platform status updates)
- Comfortable reading logs and understanding JSON (no coding required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with POS/SPs (Deliverect, Foodics, Otter, etc.)
- Exposure to UAT or post-go-live technical support
