Role Summary:

C5i is seeking an Appian Technical Lead with 7–9 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of applications on a Credit Platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership – owning application architecture, solution design, and production support, while driving performance optimization and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong Appian BPM development experience alongside Java, SQL, and API integration skills, and can lead a team to deliver scalable, reliable credit workflow solutions. Banking / credit domain experience is preferred.

Skills and Experience:

Must Have :

• 7–9 years of overall experience, with strong Appian BPM development expertise
• Full-stack engineering skills across Java, SQL, and API integration
• Ownership of application architecture and production support
• Technical leadership and solution design across the delivery team
• Performance optimization and tuning of Appian applications

Good To Have:

• Banking / credit workflow domain experience
• Integration with enterprise platforms
• DevOps / CI-CD exposure
• Appian certification (Certified Lead Developer / Senior Developer)
