Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical and compliance training for Apple service personnel.
  • Manage Apple GSX account operations and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Handle daily technical escalations and validate different types of repairs.
  • Oversee team certification preparation, enrollment, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical data, including software, service bulletins, and related documentation, across all technical centers.
  • Ensure technical centers are properly set up and maintained according to Apple standards.
  • Analyze repair data and ensure compliance with Apple technical and service standards.
  • Proactively develop and manage action plans to address non-conformities.
  • Support readiness processes for new Apple products and ensure smooth preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience and proven certification in Apple products.
  • Excellent training and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage technical operations both onsite and remotely.
