Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time leadership role based on-site in Cairo. This position oversees a team of developers, guiding the design, development, and maintenance of scalable .NET applications and AI Large Language Model (LLM) solutions that support Xceed's business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project delivery, reviewing technical designs and code, ensuring high-quality standards, and coordinating integration between systems, databases, and user interfaces. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure security and compliance. The Senior Supervisor is also responsible for mentoring team members, driving adoption of best practices, and contributing to technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with extensive experience in .NET frameworks and modern development practices.
• Solid understanding of Databases and Integration, including designing data models, managing data access, and integrating applications with internal and external systems.
• Working knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies to support user interface development and alignment with UX/UI standards.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including designing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven features within enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership experience of approximately 4 years in supervising or leading development teams, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in .NET, cloud platforms, or AI are an advantage.
