Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Supervisor Application Developer role is based in Cairo and focuses on leading development teams working with .NET and AI Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices in software engineering. The Senior Supervisor will guide team members, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and promote adherence to coding standards and security principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, architecting solutions that integrate AI capabilities, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The role also includes mentoring developers, contributing to technical roadmaps, and supporting continuous improvement in development processes and application quality.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience of 4+ years in supervising or leading software development teams, including task allocation, performance feedback, and mentoring.
• Strong technical skills in .NET application development (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks, with experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including integrating LLM-based services into applications, prompt design, and evaluating model outputs.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices, such as object-oriented design, design patterns, testing (unit/integration), version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, infrastructure, security) and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex application and performance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages used in the EMEA region is an advantage.
