Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development projects from planning to production.
- Design and maintain scalable software architecture.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development team.
- Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices.
- Oversee AI/LLM integration into software products.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Practical experience with AI and machine learning concepts, including working with LLMs, NLP, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience, including task delegation, coaching, and performance feedback in a development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security in production systems.
