Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for supervising and contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications. The role involves leading a team of developers, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring that solutions meet technical and business requirements. Daily activities include designing and implementing software components, integrating applications with existing systems, optimizing database performance, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and security practices. The supervisor collaborates closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments. The role also includes mentoring team members, preparing technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks appropriate for web and enterprise solutions.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Candidates should possess front-end proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web technologies.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills, including working with APIs, middleware, and connecting heterogeneous systems.
• Experience supervising or leading development teams, with the ability to coordinate workload, review deliverables, and coach team members.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), version control systems, and agile or iterative methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to secure, high-quality code and documentation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
