Application Developer Supervisor ( .NET)

Key Responsibilities:- Lead software development projects from planning to production.- Design and maintain scalable software architecture.- Supervise, mentor, and support the development team.- Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices.- Oversee AI/LLM integration into software products.- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and system performance.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.- Drive continuous improvement and technology innovation.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
