Application Development lead (Senior Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical projects from architecture design to production deployment.

- Mentor and supervise the development team, enforcing best practices.

- Architect and maintain secure, scalable .NET applications.

- Integrate AI and LLM solutions into modern enterprise products.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient technical products.

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role (.NET focus).

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

- Proficiency in React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, AWS or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Fluent in English.
