Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Application Development Section Manager on behalf of a prestigious Dubai government entity.

The successful candidate will lead application development, digital transformation and technology initiatives, ensuring the delivery of innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application development strategies, projects and operational plans.
• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of digital applications and systems.
• Manage websites, mobile applications and system integrations.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI and smart automation.
• Monitor application performance, technical support and service continuity.
• Manage project budgets, vendors and external service providers.
• Lead, mentor and develop the application development team.
• Establish KPIs and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and technical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in application development and digital systems management.
• Experience in technical project management and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of automation, system integration and emerging technologies.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
