SHINING 3D DENTAL :

Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our support team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Support team member, you will provide technical support and deliver training to our dealer's network in your area, attending dental tradeshows and educational events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support

  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support services, including but not limited to pre-sales demonstrations, product installation and debugging, equipment usage training, after-sales problem solving, and equipment maintenance;
  • Responsible for training clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions;
  • Create application cases, technical documents, training materials, etc.;

Assisting R&D, Business, and Quality

  • Record and maintain after-sales data, organize and analyze it, and promptly report product technical issues to direct supervisors and the R&D department, follow up on problem-solving progress, and promote continuous product optimization;
  • Assist R&D in testing new product software and hardware and new materials, and provide feedback on improvement suggestions;
  • Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and competitions, and explain and illustrate product performance to business systems;
  • Monitor and collect information on clients and competitors in the market, and establish an internal information feedback mechanism;
  • Based on customer feedback, propose reasonable improvement suggestions and opinions for products.

SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING:

  • Dental-related major, or experience in the dental industry, with basic knowledge of computer software and hardware;
  • Possess knowledge of equipment software and hardware, and provide service support for dental-related products.
  • No work experience required; good speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills;
  • Proactive, responsible, studious, analytical, quick learner, communicator, and a team player.
