- Heat load Calculations & HVAC Design Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / quotation follow-up on Quotation.
- Preparing Technical Submittal.
- Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager.
- Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.
- Getting the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule, select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.
- Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
- Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
