Application Engineer- R & D

We're Hiring: Application Engineer (R&D) – HVAC Products

Are you passionate about HVAC products, product engineering, and innovation We are looking for a talented Application Engineer (R&D) to join our growing team and play a key role in product development, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain technical documentation including Catalogues, IOM Manuals, Technical Data Sheets, BOMs, Design Data, and Specifications.

Evaluate and support HVAC selection software and product application requirements.

Review customer requirements and customize products through Contract Review Forms (CRF).

Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and new product development initiatives.

Coordinate engineering work orders and ensure technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical support to Sales, Production, Quality, and After-Sales teams.

Support product certifications, compliance activities, and testing requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

3-8 years of experience in HVAC Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Design

Engineering, or R&D

Strong knowledge of HVAC products, including:

• AHU (Air Handling Units)
• FCU (Fan Coil Units)
• FAHU
• ERU
• Chillers
• Heat Exchangers
• Cooling & Heating Coils
• Airside Products

Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience in technical documentation, product customization, BOM preparation, and engineering support
