Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Engineer (Service) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Application Engineer will provide technical support and hands-on service for water treatment systems. Daily activities include system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to implement innovative solutions. The role requires ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily site visits to monitor and test water treatment systems.
- Conduct water quality testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment applications.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and end-users.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 24 years of experience in water treatment or water industry applications (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
- Ability to conduct on-site testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for site visits).
