We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team and support our range of surveying products. As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to our customers, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our surveying solutions. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers for surveying products, including GPS , Total stations, Laser scanners, and associated software.
- Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and customization of surveying applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to surveying equipment and software.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on the usage and best practices of surveying products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, and align with the customer needs
- Analyze survey data and provide insights to customers for effective decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3-4 Years of work experience with surveying instruments.
- Proficiency in surveying software's ;AutoCAD ,Civil 3D will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer support.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site support as needed.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
