About Archer
A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.
Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.
This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.
If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.
The Role
Archer's Cairo hub runs on a connected stack of corporate applications — NetSuite for finance and operations, HubSpot for sales and marketing, and a set of supporting SaaS platforms used across the business. We're looking for an Application Manager to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of those systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone who sits comfortably between business and technology: you'll be the person Finance calls when an approval workflow breaks, the person Sales talks to about pipeline reporting, and the person who makes sure data flows cleanly between systems instead of being re-typed into spreadsheets.
What You'll Do
Application administration
- Administer and maintain the company's core business applications, with primary ownership of NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM)
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and access reviews across all owned applications
- Configure and maintain custom fields, records, forms, workflows, approval routings, and saved searches / lists
- Handle release management: review vendor release notes, test upcoming changes in sandbox, and communicate impact to affected teams
- Maintain sandbox and production environments and manage promotion of changes between them
Support and operations
- Serve as the first point of escalation for application issues; triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and document
- Track and manage tickets through resolution, and identify recurring issues worth fixing at the root
- Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders on defects and enhancement requests
- Maintain data integrity through routine audits, deduplication, and validation rules
Improvement and integration
- Gather requirements from Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations, and translate them into system configuration or enhancement requests
- Support integrations between applications (native connectors, iPaaS/middleware, or APIs) and monitor them for failures
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams the numbers they actually need
- Identify manual processes that can be automated and drive those changes end to end
Governance and documentation
- Maintain configuration documentation, process maps, and runbooks
- Support internal control, audit, and compliance requirements related to application access and change management
- Deliver user training, write end-user guides, and drive adoption of the tools
Required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
- 2–3 years of experience administering, configuring, or implementing business applications — ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
- Working knowledge of core business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, or lead-to-cash
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a structured approach to problem solving
- Comfort with data: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to read and write basic SQL or platform query syntax
- Clear written and spoken communication in English, including the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset — you follow issues through to resolution rather than handing them off
Nice to have
- Direct experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or NetSuite Administrator certification) and/or HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, HubSpot certifications)
- Exposure to integration tooling or REST/SOAP APIs, and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticketing tools (Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Experience working in a global company with distributed teams and multiple time zones
